また今年は下記休業期間前にイベント出展及びその準備作業が入るため、ロクハンBASE. SHOPでのご注文は、
8/10(月)までに入金確認できたご注文分→8/12(水)までに発送。

Please be advised that Rokuhan will be closed for summer vacation from Thursday, August 13, 2026, through Sunday, August 16, 2026.
Additionally, since we will be participating in an event and preparing for it prior to the vacation period this year, orders placed at Rokuhan BASE. SHOP will be handled as follows:
Orders for which payment is confirmed by Monday, August 10 → Will be shipped by Wednesday, August 12.
Orders for which payment is confirmed by Wednesday, August 12 → We will ship them the same day whenever possible, but we may not always be able to meet your expectations.
Orders placed from Wednesday, August 13, through Sunday, August 16 → As a general rule, these will be shipped sequentially starting Monday, August 17.
(Due to BASE’s system, orders may be automatically canceled after a certain number of days have passed. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a new order.)
Additionally, we will respond to inquiries (by phone or email) on a first-come, first-served basis starting Monday, August 17.
Due to a high volume of inquiries and orders around the Obon holiday, it may take longer than usual to respond.

Regarding the Rokuhan Tokyo Showroom, the remaining business days in August are Saturday, August 8; Sunday, August 9; Tuesday, August 11 (Mountain Day); Saturday, August 15; Sunday, August 16; Saturday, August 29; and Sunday, August 30.
