また今年は下記休業期間前にイベント出展及びその準備作業が入るため、ロクハンBASE. SHOPでのご注文は、

8/6(水)までに入金確認できたご注文分→8/7(木)までに発送。それ以降は弊社が委託する配送業者様の集荷時間まで順次対応。
8/7(木)～8/8(金)までに入金確認できた注文分→可能な限り連休前に発送いたしますが、8/18(月)以降順次発送となる場合がございます。

8/9(土)～8/17(日)のご注文→原則8/18(月)以降順次発送（8/12、8/13は営業日ですが、弊社管理の都合で発送作業が出来ない可能性があります。）

とさせていただきます。（BASEの機能上、日数が経ってキャンセル扱いになる場合もございますので、その際は、再度お手数ですが再注文をお願いいたします。）

また、ロクハンオンラインショップ・ロクハンサポート（電話・メール）につきましても、8/18(月)以降順次ご対応させていただきます。

Rokuhan will be closed from Thursday, August 14 to Sunday, August 17, 2025 for the summer holidays.

Because we will be exhibiting at events and preparing for them this year, orders placed at the Rokuhan BASE.SHOP will be shipped by 8/7(Thu.) for orders confirmed by 8/6(Wed.). After that, orders will be handled sequentially until the pickup time of our consigned delivery service.

Orders placed between 8/9 (Sut.) and 8/17 (Sun.) → Orders will be shipped sequentially from 8/18 (Mon.) onward.

(There is a possibility that we may not be able to ship on 8/12 and 8/13 due to our management reasons.)

Due to the function of BASE, your order may be cancelled if it takes longer to ship. In that case, please re-order again.

Also, the Rokuhan Online Shop and Rokuhan Support (by phone or e-mail) will be available from 8/18 (Mon.) onward.

Please note that it may take longer than usual for us to reply to your inquiries and orders during the summer holidays.
