誠に勝手ながら、2023年12月29日（金）から2024年1月4日（木）まで、ロクハンは冬季休業とさせていただきます。
これに伴い、ロクハンＢＡＳＥ.ＳＨＯＰでの御注文は、
12月26日（火）までの御注文分 → 12月28日（木）までに御発送
12月27日（水）～ 翌年1月4日（木）の御注文 → 2024年1月5日（金）以降順次御発送
とさせていただきます。（配送業者の都合上、多少前後する場合があります。）
(※ＢＡＳＥの機能上、日数が経ってキャンセル扱いになる場合もございますので、その際は、再度お手数ですが御注文をお願いいたします。）
また、ロクハンオンラインショップ・ロクハンサポート（電話・メール）につきましても、1月5日（金）以降
順次ご対応させていただきます。
年末年始はお問合せやご注文が集中する為、通常よりご返信までにお時間を頂く場合がございます。

ROKUHAN will be closed for winter holidays from December 29, 2023 (Fri.) to January 4, 2023 (Thu.).
As a result, orders placed through ROKUHAN BASE.SHOP will be processed until Tuesday, December 26th,
Orders placed by December 26 (Tue.) will be shipped by December 28 (Thu.).
Orders placed between December 27 (Wed) and January 4 (Thu) of the following year will be shipped on or after January 5 (Fri), 2024.
(Due to delivery company reasons, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. (This may be slightly delayed due to the delivery company's circumstances.)
(*BASE may cancel your order after a few days due to its function, so please place your order again in that case.)
Also, the Rokuhan Online Shop and Rokuhan Support (by phone or e-mail) will be available from January 5 (Fri.) onward.
