誠に勝手ながら、2022年4月29日（金）から5月5日（木）まで、休業とさせていただきます。（内5/2は営業）
これに伴い、ロクハンＢＡＳＥ.ＳＨＯＰでの御注文は、
4/28 15時以降 ~ 5/1まで御注文分（入金済み） → 5/2御発送
5/2の御注文（入金待ち）及び15時以降 ~ 5/5までの御注文 → 5/6以降の御発送
とさせていただきます。（ＢＡＳＥの機能上、日数が経ってキャンセル扱いになる場合もございますので、
その際は、再度お手数ですが御注文をお願いいたします。）
また、ロクハンオンラインショップ・ロクハンサポート（電話・メール）につきましても、
5/6（金）以降順次ご対応させていただきます。
GW後はお問合せやご注文が集中する為、平時よりご返信までにお時間を頂く場合がございます。

Orders placed after 4/28 3pm ~ 5/1 (payment received) → shipped 5/2
Orders placed on 5/2 (pending payment) and orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ~ 5/5 → shipment on or after 5/6
The above schedule will be applied to all orders. (Due to the function of BASE, there is a possibility that your order will be cancelled after a few days.
In that case, please place your order again.)
In addition, the Rokuhan Online Shop and Rokuhan Support (by phone and e-mail) will also be closed.
We will respond in order from 5/6 (Fri.) onward.
