【商品の特徴や使い方等】
国鉄103系は、1963年(昭和38)年から1984(昭和59)年にかけて、3,447両が製造された通勤型電車です。日本各地で活躍し、様々なバリエーションが生まれました。
製品のモデルとなったのは仙石線色103系のうち多数派であった低運転台車で、全車両が日本車輌製造で作られたRM-138編成です。
2001年頃から仙石線色103系は屋根上のベンチレーターが撤去されていきますが、製品はベンチレーターありの仕様をモデルとしています。
車体に入った「SENSEKI LINE」の文字や半自動ドアボタンは印刷にて再現いたします。
付属のラベルには2004年まで運行された快速「うみかぜ」(青)などを収録しています。
小型レイアウトでも走らせやすい4両編成で、最小走行半径はR95と大変コンパクトです。

JNR 103 series is a commuter train; it manufactured 3,447 cars from 1963 (Showa 38) to 1984 (Showa 59).
It has been active in various parts of Japan, and various variations have been created, but now there are only a few active cars.
The model for this product is the RM-138 train, a low-commissioning car that was the majority among the Senseki Line colored 103 Series, and Nippon Sharyo Mfg made all cars.
This is the specification before the removal of the ventilator in 2001.
The minimum mileage is R95, which is very compact.
